LOL!, Ain't the truth.. The headless horsemen... Sounds like the Urkel, Baloneybitch, and other corrupted elected officals are headless horse people. With no budget and passing the expenses to the taxpayers, the state is headed for serious and financial trouble.

Kittybowtie told me that there is still no budget. I feel bad for the state and the taxpayers.

On a side note: two of my friends lost their homes in that CA fires. So, a lot of business associates of ours are helping out in donations. And yes, the taxes in CA will go up next year.

I am sorry to hear about the fires. Fire is a very bad thing in which everything is destoyed to the point of being gone. It is unimaginable.

One was located in San Diego. But, the couple's home was partly damaged which can be repaired. The other is completely wiped out. That was located in the Los Angeles area. The couple was away for the weekend. And came back to home that was completely was torched. Their animals and horses died in the fire. So, there are alot of people that are helping out the couple in LA because they don't have anything. So, I made a donation to their checking account. They will be fine. And the Gerbil never visited that area of the fires which tells you why he was in San Diego from the get-go.

On a side note: I don't care what the nimrod media said about the evacuations of the CA fires. The evacuations and firefighters were awesome. And I got that information from a friend in San Diego last weekend that evacuated from her home. Her and husband's home was untouched by the fires except for the ashes.

Poor animals. I know my owner would not leave without me and my buddy the older cat. I was happy to see that at least someone learned from Katrina to let people take their animals with them when they evacuated.

On a positive note, many of the organizations and homeowners volunteered to care for the evacuatees' pets and horses. So, I thought that was nice that the community came to the rescue.
