    Keep warm. I heard about the weather. Brrrr... And I wonder what the city is doing for the homeless in that weather..

    We have warming shelters in the city, but some still refuse to go. It was 1 degree at noon today.

    That is very cold. I just talked to something this morning in Ohio, It is just a worse in Ohio as it is in Chicago.
