Wow, that is really huge. Love the artwork on the ceilings of the museum.. LACMA is half that size.. The last time that I went to LACMA is so many years ago when they had the art of Buddism and Hinduism and Balinese art work from an artists that was displaying his art work for a limited time.. So, I really like and fasinated with the hindu god Kali. You are right about the Chicago museum. I will get lost in that museum with some of those exhibits.. The museum is more like Disneyworld where you have break up your time in days to visit everything...

We have some really great buildings on the inside as well as the outside, this is one of them. In another section of Macy's (Marshall Fields on State Street) the top of the ceiling 9 or 10 floors up is Tiffany glass mosaic.

If Chicago have great museums and display of art on the buildings and stores, then why is Chicago not exposed a lot more for that on T.V. or on magazines? The thing that people talk about Chicago is when Michael Jordan used to play forthe Bulls. Seriously, the only that is talked about in the news about Chicago is the crime and corruption...

It's hard for me to say since I am a native. Michael Jordon has been retired from the Bulls for some time. I don't get it. There is more than enough to do in this town.

Yeah, Jordan had retired for some time bt he is still popular. And people like me remembered him at the Chicago Bulls. Sorry Jordan overshadows the culture of Chicago...
